Shipping and Delivery Times

Order before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and your order will be dispatched the same day from our Mount Maunganui Warehouse.

All orders will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched - if you do not see it in your main inbox please check alternate folders and mark the email as important so you don't miss out on any order updates.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier work load but General Guidelines are as follows:

  • North Island Express: 1-2 Days
  • North Island Standard: 2-4 Days
  • South Island Express: 2-3 Days
  • South Island Standard: 3-5 Days

*Please note for rural delivery allow an extra 2-4 days to the above guidelines although in many cases it will be quicker than this!

These Mop Pads are specifically designed for the Nellie’s WOW Mop. It's nice to have a variety of Mop Pads for your different kinds of messes!

  • Blue: Thick and durable microfibre, these Mop Pads are perfect for every day use
  • White: Super absorbent micro loop edge, ideal for dry dusting, buffing and polishing as well as for those larger liquid spills on hard floors and carpets!
  • Scrub & Polish: With a dual purpose system, the front pad scrubs and absorbs liquid through intricate channels, while the back pad polishes and dries your floors.  

They are all eco-friendly, machine washable, and reusable – when you’re done, throw them in your washing machine with Laundry Soda.

This mop is seriously the greatest thing ever. Mopping my floors is actually fun, and its so much easier for quick spills or to spot clean on the go too like when the dogs come in from outside! Dream mop.
