Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier work load but General Guidelines are as follows:

  • North Island Express: 1-2 Days
  • North Island Standard: 2-4 Days
  • South Island Express: 2-3 Days
  • South Island Standard: 3-5 Days

*Please note for rural delivery allow an extra 2-4 days to the above guidelines although in many cases it will be quicker than this!

Made with only four ingredients, Laundry Soda is a highly concentrated formula that dissolves quickly in cold or hot water. Most importantly, it rinses completely clear, leaving your skin and the environment as spotless as your clothes. So don’t worry – even your mother-in-law will approve!

Free from: SLS, SLES, gluten, phosphates, chlorine, fragrance, optical brighteners, and solid synthetics.

WHY POWDER? Liquid detergents are made up largely of water. At Nellie’s, we don’t think selling and moving water around the planet is a very good idea. The fact is, more cleaning power can be packed into a smaller space using powder.

How to Use

Use one tablespoon of Nellie’s Laundry Soda for each regular sized load.
Wash according to instructions on garments. Always test on garments that may bleed or fade.
Nellie’s Laundry Soda is safe for HE and standard washing machines.

This has become the household washing powder now! Everyone loves it, soft on clothes, tough on stains and odours, no one has had allergies to this when is often the case for powdered detergents in our family. We love it because no scent either which is a must for our sensory sensitive family members. Love that we only have to buy this large container once a year. We’ve had it for 3 months now and only 1/4 of bucket been used. That’s with a load wash 4x a week. I only hope that this doesn’t sell out like many other Nellies AU products have. Still waiting for oxygen brighter tin to restock.

Only detergent my son with excema can use

We ran out of Nellie’s and I had to use regular (tide) for a week of laundry’s and my son’s excema that hadn’t bothered him in 8 months was immediately back.

My new fav laundry powder

Had issues with sweat smelling clothes due to the recent humid weather on the GC... tried everything in the books but found nothing to work! My sister suggested trying Nellies and to be honest I was sceptical that it would work. I ordered the laundry soda and the oxygen brightner but didn't even open the box for a couple of weeks. I finally had to wash some of my smelly uniform and decided to give them a shot. Did a cold run as I was washing coloured clothes and OMG! I brought in crisp and fresh clothes and has absolutely no odour whatsoever! I am 200% satisfied with my decision to go Nellie's and now I owe my sister a treat for recommending them. Good job Nellie's.
